I started some physical therapy for my right shoulder woes. The PT advised no weight lifting right now to allow my shoulder some time to heal. I've probably been aggravating it every time I worked out these past 3 months. So didn't even attempt front squats. Did try one back squat as a possible substitution but I could feel a pull in my shoulder so I decided to just be extra cautious. I did some step ups and shoulder PT exercises while everyone else did front squats.

For the wod Coach Justin gave me substitute movements.
