Skill:

15-20 minutes of Rope Ascent & Handstand practice

for rope tried pulling self off floor. needed to use legs

for handstand used wall of mats to kick over to wall. Had one good handstand.

Conditioning:

20 Minute AMRAP:

10 Wall Walks [5 ww, partial]

20 Goblet Squats 1.5/1pd [35#]

25 Knees-to-Elbows [10 kte]

4 rounds + 4 ww

35# kb is heavy and was awkward for me to find a good way to hold it. Mostly broke up squats in sets of 10.

Coach Justin wanted to have me & Jess B focus more on quality of movements for the wall walks and kte so he scaled the reps down for us.
