100 Hollow Rocks [did hollow holds, way less than 100]

For the cleans, the coach wanted us to do squat cleans so I tried to focus on my depth. Need to work on the fast elbows. Tried to do 65# but couldn't. Getting out of 60# squat was a bit of struggle.

First time doing hollow holds. My core is weak! I couldn't do hollow rocks. Lower back kept fatiguing during the hollow holds, probably due to weak abs.
