Before class I met with a chiropractor who is a fellow CrossFitter. He did some adjustments on my neck, back and shoulder. Was a bit freaky (my 1st time getting adjusted) but did seem to help my shoulder.
It rained today so was wet outside for running. The drizzle felt good though.
