Warm up included cartwheels. I have never done a cartwheel in my life and I did not do any today. But I did better than I thought I would (which isn't saying much).
Deadlifts felt OK but formwise I don't know. This morning before going to the gym I kept telling myself, "Lats on!" I think that helped. Coach said my back was a bit soft so I didn't think adding more weight was a good idea.
First attempted wall balls with 10#. Nope. Someday maybe.
