9 Hang Power Cleans 155/110lb [58#]
6 Push Jerks 155/110lb [58#]
Felt pretty good. Coach Justin said my form was looking much better for deadlifts and push jerks. I'm all about protecting the shoulder now.
Did DT 3/26/12, 11:02, 40#. So stronger but slower today. Last time we did DT we had postwod of 50 wall balls. No wall balls today. I feel strangely incomplete. But I haven't reached the stage where I'm going to just do 50 wall balls without someone telling me to lol.
