First time going to an evening class. Did not realize that on Thursdays the 7pm class is actually an CF Endurance class. Coach Kelly was someone new to me. Guess she is just filling in for a bit. Was a good workout but I really missed the usual lifting stuff. Still very terrible with the wall balls, lots of bad reps but I counted them anyway; I'm such a cheater. Not a fan of tuck jumps. 25# kb felt a little lightish. I wonder if there is anything between 25 and 35#.
