Strength:

15 minutes to complete 4 sets of:

1 Hang Squat Snatch + 2 Overhead Squats

3X5 Snatch Lift Offs

Conditioning:

Every minute on the minute for 7 minutes:

7 Deadlifts (using snatch lift off weight)

AMRAP Burpees for the remainder of the minute

*record weight and total number of burpees completed

39 burpees, no push up

Right shoulder felt mostly OK with snatches but not totally and maybe I shouldn't have done them. Eliminated the push up part of the burpee for shoulder's sake.
