First of all, I was expecting back squats today. But at the last minute the coaches decided that people needed more work on front squats so I guess we are going to be doing 3RM & 5RM for front squat and 7RM for back squat over the next 15 weeks. So I think I PR'd my front squat today, 32kg was my previous best. As usual, the front squats were killing my wrists.

Even doing push ups off the mats stacked 36" high were hurting my shoulder. But being the idiot I am, I kept doing them. Since my DUs are ridiculously hopeless it has been suggested I sub tuck jumps instead. I think that is to get me better at jumping higher in a consecutive fashion. Scaling to singles isn't that challenging because I can do singles pretty easily.
