During warm up the snatches must have been very obviously aggravating my shoulder because Coach Jess suggested I sup hang squat cleans and front squats. Perhaps should have gone heavier for those but was feeling a little depressed about the substitution (which is slilly of me) so I just played it safe. She also suggested I sub front squats for the OHS during the conditioning wod but I said I hated front squats and would rather stick with OHS. She said my shoulders were looking somewhat weak so maybe that wasn't the smartest thing. I know that last time we did TTBs I said I would try jumping up to bar for the next time but I lost my nerve. Bar looked too high. Maybe I should practice that.
