Still having problems keeping elbows up during front squats. Upper back not staying tight enough I think.

We got some tips on more efficient box jumps. I'm still not fully comfortable with them so doing them unbroken wasn't very likely. However, I do feel today I did do them more quickly with less rests. Did my usual stepping down. I did fall over once. Should have done the 1st 3 runs faster.
