Prior to workout I tried the 18" box and did do one jump but it scared the crap out of me so the coach said I should stay with 16" and maintain confidence. I did have one failed attempt on the 16" so that was probably a good call. Tried to be more efficient with arm movements per coach's suggestion the last time we did box jumps. Really liked today's workout. Was good to do the push presses. And the WOD was pleasantly challenging. I tried to keep good form on the deadlifts but I don't know how successful I was.
