Felt good on this long run. Felt lighter on my feet through the end. It wasn't as hot or humid so I limited nutrition/hydration. Had a few stomach cramps from 14-17.
8oz water then 8oz water/nuun (1/2 tablet)
2 clif blocks at 12.5.
