Solid marathon race. Felt solid through 22 despite L groin starting to cramp at 20. Stretched at mile 21. L hamstring cramp at 24.5-25. Was able to stretch briefly and press through. Thankful for Marian Chesney, who ran with me from about 24.5-25.5. Hydration and nutrition seemed to go well. No stomach issues. Unsure of total intake. I think I remember 2 shot blok packs, 2 Gus, 1 nuun, mostly water and a couple powerade cups.
