Planned workout: 2 up, 3x1600, 2 down

First track had a middle school track program, extended warmup to 3 miles, second track was locked, tried 1600s on road. Felt terrible, had headache. First interval 6:17. Second interval I had nothing, 6:28. Quit after that.
