Notes

Heavy rain at the start, tapering to a sprinkles by the end of the run. The idea today was to warm up for 1 mile with a slower pace, turn up the juice for 3 miles, and cool off again for 1 mile. The 3 mile stretch was about 30 secs faster than the warmup/cooldown. Very pleasant run.
