Notes
I had a really hard time getting out of bed this morning, but pulled it off okay. Pleasant weather and temperature. My legs, knees, ankles feel a bit stiff and I knew my pace was going to off some. I don't really want my runs to go slower than were this morning, though I shouldn't really be concerned about it.
