Slowly recovering from what I think is a case of ITBS on my left leg. I've taken a couple of weeks off to let it heal. I think what is helping the most is some stretching twice a day that targets the IT band. I got about two miles this morning before it started flaring up a little. I went back inside the house and did another 1.1 on the TM. Really hoping I can get past this, and today was somewhat encouraging.
