Notes

Pretty mild this morning and humid. Well, after yesterday's run and the post-run stretching routine, I felt great all day, so I've decided to test my runs with this routine as opposed to cutting my runs back drastically. However, my primary goal is to stay injury-free; I must remember that! At the first hint of stress, over-use, or knee pain, I've got to cut back. I desperately want to remain running. I really enjoy it.
