My shins were aching all day yesterday, so I tried to get back today to my normal, easy pace. I'm wondering if the slower jog messed them over. Good run, calves still felt a bit tight and I could feel my shins acting up some. When I stopped, my legs wanted to buckle and I got a sharp my in my right shin. After walking it off, it felt better. I need to evaluate today if I need to cut the miles back some and throw in a full rest day or two.
