One mile for each decade of my life TODAY! But, brutal, brutal, brutal. Warm and humid, 85 degrees. Good news, lots of clouds; bad news, the sun wasn't behind them. Good news, lots of wind; bad news, it was in my face and very warm. It really was one of my roughest runs to date. I have new respect for heat and humidity. However, my legs felt very fresh before the run. A couple of days off has helped.
