Wind 37 gusting to 48kph. Windchill -37*C. Finally out of the extreme cold warning, but it's still terrible conditions for a run. Flipped Thurs and Fri on my schedule. The switch to full time dm this week is a tough adjustment and with the busy days to match, it's been a hard week. Hoping to feel up to that hour run tomorrow although -30s windchill expected to persist through Sunday. Parkrun cancelled this weekend too.
