Notes

Had a difficult run, which I cut short (I had planned on doing 5+). My legs were feeling tired from Tuesday's workout, and it was simply very very humid and hot. Did my crossfit workout after, but also struggled through it (we workout outside).

Instead of running Friday, I went to my workout and later went dancing, which left me a bit sore the next day. Did not get in my weekend run but instead did a ton of gardening (and continued to be sore). I will have to commit to getting in my run next weekend (I'm itching for that wonderful early morning sat run).
