1 mi warm up, followed by fartlek workout:
2 min 10k pace, 2 min jog
4 min 10 k pace, 2 min jog
6 min 10k pace, 2 min jog
4 min 10 k pace, 2 min jog
2 min 10 k pace, 2 min jog
1 mi cooldown.
I enjoyed this workout, I got in some endurance fast running with the fartlek, which I very much needed!!
