Notes

I pushed the pace on Sunday morning run, so I was less comfortable (esp. with how muggy it felt!) but I wanted a more strenous workout than Saturday. It felt good, and my legs are a bit sore today (Monday), but no shin splints. I took the pup again, and she was completely pooped out afterwards (hooray!).
