Notes
Went for an easy/tempo run through Patapsco 6 mile loop. I really enjoyed this run, the weather was great, I felt energized, and I did not let myself relax completely (i tried to maintain an 8:50 min/mile pace) but did not push myself. The pup had a great run too!
