Ran my Patapsco park loop with my pup. We had a great run and I felt like I didnt want to stop! I also didnt feel like I was totally warmed up until around mile 5, when I finally loosened up. I had planned on doing 10 mi, but unfortunately I had to work at my gym both weekend days this week, so I was running low on energy and time. I am working on picking up the mileage and the frequency, slowly but surely.
I did not run on Saturday, as I was feeling very light headed. I think I had low blood pressure, so I let Saturday be my day-off.
