Notes

Ran with the pup. My legs/body still tired from my workouts Friday/Saturday, but I still held a good pace. I will continue my training as usual through Wednesday, then take Thurs off, and run lightly on Friday to prep for the 1/2 Marathon on Saturday! Hooray!
