Top rope climbed outside, all day. Got burned on my back! But definitely had a good, intense workout, and was exhausted and sore all Sunday (didnt make it out for my planned run).
I love climbing too an sounds like you had a great day. Nothing gets my heart racing faster than a climb at Great Falls where I'm hanging by my finger tips. :-). Don't worry about missing your Sunday run. We'll make up for it with the 4 x 800s on Tuesday.
