Notes

I had planned on going for a nice, long 5-7 mi run (especially since it was such a beautiful day), but my mom invited me to her personal trainer workout. I decided what the heck, let me go try this out and I would run on Friday. The workout ended up being a brutal 45 min of constant weighted exercises of varying levels of difficulty, which left me waddling out of the gym. My legs were totally fried, my arms/upperbody were totally fried, my core was totally fried. Not at all what I was expecting, and not at all prepared for, given this was supposed to be an easy day of exercise (as Mon/Tues/Wed were all intense). I ended up being so sore from this workout, (as in it hurt to laugh, and it hurt to transition from sitting to standing and vice versa) that I had to take Friday and Saturday off. Not at all what I intended/wanted, as I was planning on running Thursday and Saturday (Saturday was supposed to be the long run), but such things happen. I dont think I will join my mom for any future trainer workouts though; I learned my lesson, haha.
