Notes

Ran much faster today than Monday (same route). While I felt tired from Tuesday group run, when I started running this afternoon I felt really strong and surprisingly fast! This run is my warm-up to my climbing class (which runs Mondays and Wednesdays 7-9:30pm), so I use this run to stretch and loosen my legs, not focusing on speed but on how my body feels, and adjusting myself accordingly. Today I ran faster and felt great! I went to climbing class after the run and was pretty tired (upper body). The instructors pushed me to climb sport lead (harder than traditional top rope) which led me to get a little scraped up and to fall a couple times as I climbed until I hit failure. Suffice to say my arms and legs are pretty fried.
