Good run! Feel much better about the race.. Stretched Achilles/calf pretty good before running.. and found what I think what was causing the problem with my stride.. I think I was over-pronating - running too much on the inside of my foot.. overcorrecting from when I was underpronating a few weeks ago... rolling off my pinky toe.
