Notes
Was extremely anxious about this run. 17 @ MP was on Chris's schedule.. so I told him I'd give it a try. Yesterday I was feeling a little worn out and even had to take a nap.. so wasn't sure my energy level was back to 100% after last weeks cold.
Turned out not to be so bad. Felt like I had several more miles in me before that pace would start to be a chore.
2 pieces of toast, coffee before run. Applesauce packet, and powergel during run.
