Easy run - slow pace. 3 miles -Finished in exactly 30 minutes. Breathing was easy - legs felt a little tired/slow.
Knees felt just a little sore earlier today - iced them a little at work and they felt ok by the time I ran.
Ran without the ITB band wrap - Iced my kness VERY well after the run - will see how they feel tomorrow. Knees felt good during and after the run / no problems.
