Notes

Didn't eat too much during the day. Only a granola bar, 2 small pieces of pizza, and a fruit breakfast bar.

May not have drank enough.. weighed 135 at the end of the run.

Very grueling, tired from the previous day's run. No joint/tendon pain to speak of.
