3x1600m w/ 200m jog and 1x3200m

The workout is supposed to be 10 mile race pace, but I was definitely faster than that on reps 2 and 3 trying to keep up with the other guys. My stomach felt a little off, but that's probably more from last night's dinner than the workout itself so overall felt pretty good.
