Notes

Since I had the night study last night, I got 3 hours of sleep. I was able to almost double that with a SOOOLID 2 hour nap on the way to the meet. I know it's against moral rules to sleep after shakeout, but since I was doing a second one, I was trying to be smart and give my body rest when I could.
