Notes

3 mile warmup, 3 mile ET, 1 mile recovery, 3 mile ET, 3 mile cooldown. Intentions were good, execution was not as good. I was feeling super lightheaded after the recovery and couldn't get the legs moving for the second half. Props to James on running the first half! and sticking with me on the bike for the rest of my cranky miles.
