Notes

I started out and felt really strong at the beginning. But at mile 1.5 I felt like I had nothing left. It was a very weak race and I know I need to step it up and be there for my teammates. I really hope it's not iron but I'm going to make sure I keep taking it everyday.

I've had a small sickness all week and have been congested and it's been hard to breathe.

Also, my stupid quad is still an issue. It was fine during the race but before and after it hurts to put pressure on. I've been rolling in the hip and the new spot coach told me about so I hope it will be something to just work out.
