"15 minute warm up, 80% CV Fartlek (1/1), 6x 30 second hills at 5k with 2 minute jog, 15 minute cool down, 6 fast strides"
I did this very wrong. I only did 20 minutes total of 1 minute of CV and 1 minute jogs. I also ended that right by a hill so I did the hills right after the CV.
