I loveee running in the sunshine. I felt so much happier today :D
Did 6x20 sec College Ave steep hill sprints towards the end.
And today was the ooooneeee time I have ever stopped alone on a run was today to cross a busy intersection that I thought I could J-run across quickly but couldn't, I get whisper yelled "keep going!!" by a supportive hobby jogger. Which was super sweet and encouraging, but of course I'd get caught the only time I stopped.
