Notes

I have planned to do chill runs until the semester is over (FOURTEEN DAYS) but I was feeling really good today and just had an urge to run a little faster. So I turned it into an ET.

Long term goal is to start up training again in ~13 days, start SLEEPING <3 , and get in some road races. Racing range will be 5k-half marathon. Antsy to get back into it!
