Control was the name of the game. Though my legs still felt not up to par on the warmup, they got in a rhythm and ran all the reps exactly the same pace through each 200.

Commuted to the RPI track to avoid the morning rush and it actually worked out quite nicely. It gave me some time to actually wake up before forcing my legs to move and cut the commute time in half.
