Notes
A little ambitious with a goal of 3:45 per and couldn't reach it today. Couldn't really find my rhythm so it didn't feel great, but I'm glad to get out there, especially before it got dark. I hate that I've been positive splitting in a lot of runs/workouts I've been doing, but I am also taking more of a risk which is something I've been too hesitant and nervous to do, so I am going to run with it and try to keep gaining confidence when it does click and hope that will translate in the long run. All puns intended.
