Laura, Tory and I explored campus and found some cool buildings

After cool down, I made sure to spend some time rope stretching. It actually helped a lot and as of logging tonight, I feel very good.

4 minutes of front and side planks + Core Q

I was chewing gum during the race and that helped with mouth dryness, but by the end of the second cool down, my lungs hurt really bad.
