So I mapped out this route ahead of time, but I didn't realize the road abruptly ended and eventually turned into a trail. So I trekked though high grass until I found said trail and it was really fun. Turns out it was the exact route I had mapped even though I thought I was lost.
Found some frogs so that was cool.
I felt like I was cruising so I don't know why pace was so slow, especially with 9x30 second pickups. The first quarter was uphill but still.
