Notes

I found a starting point on the hill and did the first one at a comfortable pace. I really wanted to push myself so I set a goal to reach the fire hydrant by the end of the set. It was a stretch but I ended up getting it. I want to keep setting little goals like this so that I focus more and give myself something to work for instead of just going through the motions.
