I felt better going into this race. I took a good amount of time the night before to really think about my race.

I thought I went out faster, but it ended up being 6:11 which wasn't much faster than last week. Still got a pretty good position though.

Right as I finished I noticed my left calf got really tight and stayed like that the rest of the day. Might have been the new spikes? Either way I'll roll it and it will be fine.
