6 x 3minutes on, 1 minute jog. I wanted to get faster at the pickups so the first one I did was slower and cut it down from there. 7:02-> 5:56 (7:02, 6:50, 6:39, 6:26, 6:22, 5:56)
I planned on doing 50 but somehow ended up getting lost in the last 10 minutes which turned it into a longer run. "I'm in delaware" was about all I knew about my location. Even that was questionable.
