Felt really really good on the workout today.

Thankfully the rain stopped right as I started the miles, but the track was a bit wet.

I tried visualizing this workout as if I was running the SPAC course since I know the course so well. I just ran each interval as if they were the different miles of the race. It actually seemed to help keep a good amount of focus and motivation.

Goal: 6:40 pace
